Robert Havens – President
Focus on sales and marketing of current and emerging technologies. Robert has more than 16 years experience in telecommunications and has been involved in the sales and support of call processing systems since 1984. He has been instrumental in several successful startup companies and has been recognized for his accomplishments with numerous industry sales and support awards. He has personally installed, implemented, and serviced over 350 systems including Voice Mail, PBX, ACD, IVR/VRU, and web-enabled call centers.
Tom Fiore – VP New Technologies and Finance
Focus on discovering, analyzing, and implementing emerging technologies. In addition to his technical responsibilities, Tom also manages the financial operations of RCT. He has more than 16 years experience in telecommunications and has been involved in the support of call processing systems since 1984. He has personally installed and serviced hundreds of systems including Voice Mail, PBX, ACD, IVR/VRU, and Webcenters.
Chuck Steinhebel – VP Service and Support
Focus on implementing, servicing, and supporting current and emerging technologies. Chuck has more than 16 years experience in telecommunications and has been involved in the support of call processing systems since 1984. He has personally installed and serviced hundreds of systems including Voice Mail, PBX, ACD, IVR/VRU, and Webcenters.
Erika Simon – VP Sales
Erika's focus is on strategic growth through value-added partnerships and new client acquisition. She has more than 14 years experience of consultative selling to high level executives within small, medium, and large businesses in various industries. Her experience working for and selling to Global 500 companies combined with an MBA in marketing and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification brings valuable insight to our marketplace.
Dayne "Jake" Jacobs – Senior Systems Engineer
Jake's background is as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) with experience on Microsoft and Citrix based server systems with an emphasis on messaging and telephony integration. His experience also includes Avaya's Unified Messenger and Modular Messenger systems with 15 to 15,000 users.
Brandon Rice – Senior Engineer
Brandon’s focus is on Avaya Telecom solutions to include One-X Products, AES, IP Office, and other systems. With 12 years of experience in telecom with Avaya Brandon has obtained Sales, Design, and Implementation certification in multiple products. Brandon has implemented many systems and serviced thousands across the nation.
Deb Powers – Project Manager
Deb has 15 years telecommunications experience with a focus on Contact Centers and CRM. Deb worked for Avaya for eight years as a manager supporting projects for sales, services and strategic initiatives.
